- provides complete accounting duties for the entire Band infrastructure including: Quatsino Band Office, Health Centre, Chief Councillor and Council, K’ak’ot’lats’i School, Forestry, Coal Harbour Dock, Quatsino Fishing Boats and the Mine site, and all administrative departments.
- all accounts payable, receivable, payroll, personnel records ordering and reporting.
- Helen does not have an email account, and it is best to call or fax her if needed.
Band Office Receptionist

- assist Band Manager and all other staff with clerical duties
- newsletters and notices to the community
- assists with QFN website updating
- receives, organizes, and distributes referrals for review by the QFN Referral department and distributes responses.
Education Coordinator

- program manager for Post-secondary, In-School K-12, Language, Cultural Programs
- provide academic and career assistance
- advocate for First Nation students rights
- provide educational counselling
- assist with registration and course selection
- advise students of eligibility requirements
- advise students of scholarships/bursaries/student loans
- monitor academic progress of students
- review applications for post secondary funding and maintain annual budget
- develop and maintain educational policies
Housing Co-ordinator

- oversee the Band Housing program; budgeting, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, reporting
- manager construction of new housing developments
- manage INAC Housing Projects
Social Development Administrator / Financial Assistance Officer

- administer social assistance, adult in home care, guardian financial assistance, National Child Benefit, Training Employment Support Initiative
- assist social worker as necessary (liaising with Ministry for Children and Families, court etc.)
- assists without enabling clients
